What We Offer
We use only the best ingredients, prioritizing in-season, organic, grass-fed, and wild-caught. We source directly from farms when possible. Our dishes are paleo, organic, gluten-free, and seed-oil free.
Our business is zero waste. We bring you your meals in glass containers, which we retrieve from you when we deliver the following week.



WEEKLY MEAL DELIVERY
We send out a menu on Fridays, you choose the number of meals you'd like. We deliver to you. Order when you want. Pause when you want.
EVENT CATERING
We cater events, providing a wide variety of menu options. Contact us with your event details and we can set up a call.
GIFT CARDS
Gift loved ones delicious meals for a week of deep nourishment. Choose 2, 3, or 4 dishes and we will prepare and deliver them.
MENU
Each week we have six menu options for you to choose from, plus a dessert. Below are some sample menu options. Everything on our menu is free of: seed oils, gluten, dairy, soy and refined sugar.
